- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk until blended.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. If too sticky, sprinkle in more flour.
- Transfer to a floured surface and knead gently for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and shape each into a bagel.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mix the chocolate chips with a sprinkle of cinnamon, press into the center of each bagel, and seal.
- Brush tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
