  • to taste Dried chiles chopped

  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted white sesame seeds

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2: Wash the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized florets.
  3. Step 3: Peel and thinly slice the garlic cloves.
  4. Step 4: In a mixing bowl, combine broccoli, garlic, chiles, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
  5. Step 5: Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Step 6: Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Step 7: Once tender, remove from oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  8. Step 8: Serve warm or at room temperature.
