- Start by gathering all of your ingredients. Wash your apple thoroughly, and then core and peel it.
- In your blender, combine the frozen strawberries, chopped apple, milk, yogurt, and honey. If you're using a thicker yogurt, you might want to add a splash more milk.
- Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
- Once blended, taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a bit more honey. If it's too thick, add a touch more milk.
- Pour your Apple Strawberry Smoothie into a glass or mason jar. Garnish if desired and enjoy right away!

- For a protein boost, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
