  1. Start by gathering all of your ingredients. Wash your apple thoroughly, and then core and peel it.
  2. In your blender, combine the frozen strawberries, chopped apple, milk, yogurt, and honey. If you're using a thicker yogurt, you might want to add a splash more milk.
  3. Secure the lid on your blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  4. Once blended, taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a bit more honey. If it's too thick, add a touch more milk.
  5. Pour your Apple Strawberry Smoothie into a glass or mason jar. Garnish if desired and enjoy right away!
