Ingredients
  

For the Pudding:
  • 1 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Sugar white or organic
  • 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 3 cups Almond Milk unsweetened or vanilla flavored
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure
  • 1/2 cup Water for dissolving cornstarch

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and cornstarch.
  2. Slowly pour in the almond milk while continuously whisking.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat, whisking as it heats up.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the water with the cornstarch until smooth, then add it to the saucepan.
  5. Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least two hours to set.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, substitute sugar with maple syrup or agave.
  • You can use oat milk or coconut milk instead of almond milk.
  • Add a pinch of sea salt for enhanced flavor.
