  • ½ cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk or fork
  • Cooking Spray
  • Meat thermometer

Method

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Start by patting the chicken tenders dry with paper towels.
  2. Step 2: Make the Coating
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Step 3: Coat the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the Panko mixture, pressing lightly to help the coating adhere.
  4. Step 4: Preheat the Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Air Fry the Chicken Tenders
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer and air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Step 6: Serve and Enjoy!
Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the air fryer and let them rest for a couple of minutes.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, try adding Italian herbs to the Panko mixture.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, use the air fryer at 375°F for about 5-7 minutes.
