Method

  1. Gather all your ingredients and tools. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes to get it nice and hot.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Stir until well blended.
  3. Place the slices of Texas toast on a clean countertop or cutting board. Using your baking brush, generously spread the butter mixture over one side of each slice.
  4. On top of the buttered side, sprinkle a portion of shredded mozzarella cheese, followed by a slice of Provolone cheese.
  5. Carefully place the prepared Texas toast slices in the air fryer basket, buttered side up. Air fry for about 5-6 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Once the toast is done, remove it carefully from the air fryer. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to use different types of cheese for a unique flavor!
  • Ensure the toast slices do not overlap in the air fryer for even cooking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
