Using a brush or spoon, generously coat each cabbage steak with the seasoning mixture, ensuring that both sides are well covered. Sprinkle the finely shredded parmesan cheese on top of each steak.
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the seasoned cabbage steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Once done, carefully remove them from the air fryer and let them cool for a couple of minutes. Serve and enjoy!
