Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
Punch down the risen dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces, shaping each into a round bun.
Brush the tops of the buns with an egg wash (egg yolk mixed with water) and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the buns for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
