Equipment

Method

Instructions:

  2. Once chilled, open the can and scoop out the solidified coconut cream into a mixing bowl, leaving any liquid behind.
  3. Using a hand mixer or a whisk, whip the coconut cream until it becomes light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Slowly add in the confectioners sweetener, unsweetened cocoa powder, and optional pinch of salt. Continue to whip until well combined.
  5. If using shaved chocolate, gently fold it into the mousse using a rubber spatula.
  6. Spoon the mousse into serving cups or bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
  7. Before serving, top with chocolate shavings for an elegant presentation.

Notes

  • Ensure your coconut cream is well chilled for the best texture.
  • Adjust sweetener to taste for a sweeter mousse.
  • Use quality cocoa powder for enhanced flavor.
