  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of self-rising flour and 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
  2. Using a wooden spoon or spatula, stir the ingredients together until they begin to form a shaggy dough.
  3. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface. Knead gently for about 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Divide the dough into portions based on your intended use. Roll it out for pizzas, shape it into bagels, or pat it down for flatbreads.
